Revision does not have to be boring.
It is important to review today what you did yesterday as children only retain the information if it is repeated. Especially children with attention difficulties needs regular revision of the work as it does not sink in at first glance.
So revision here we go, but my little one said that he knows the work and doesn’t want to do it again. I looked at games to review bonds of 10, bonds of 9, bonds of 8.
These are the games and fun ways we are going to revise.
Bonds of 10 fingers

He even enjoyed making the hands and fingers.
I left out some of the numbers for him to work it out on his own using his paper fingers.
Uno Memory

Select all the numbers adding to 10, such as 8 and 2, 5 and 5, 3 and 7. Place them in rows. Now play a memory game. Each one gets a turn to turn over a 2 cards, add the card’s value together. If they make 10, you can keep it. If it does not add up to 10, put them back in the same place and try to remember where they are for the next round. This way, you revise all the other bonds without calling it revision.
Puzzle time.

Try to keep the colours going together the same as visual memory is much stronger when colour is added.
Snap 10

This is so much fun for the whole family.
We just have to be patient and not be too quick. This little brain is still learning.
Have fun revising!
